Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@shokz.com to initiate a return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Warranty
All SHOKZ products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are separate from our return policy.
